It's time for another Icon Contest, but this time we're doing something a little different!
For inspiration, here are a few examples of what could be done with the Dockwave front page image.
Your finished graphic does NOT need to be an animation!
This contest is open to ALL of Dockwave's members; paying, non-paying and our Dockwave volunteers.

The theme of this contest is "Dockwave's Front Pages for New Year's Day".
Your creation will be used on Dockwave's front pages for the first few days in 2018, bringing us into the New Year.
The finished image must have the word "Dockwave" somewhere in your design.

Below you will find a few images.
Nearly Blank Slates!
Please choose an image that appeals to you.
Please leave the image of your choice in its original size (do not resize the image).
Create an original image in either JPG or GIF file format.
There is no maximum file size.

- You must create the icon yourself.
- The completed icon must be a new creation.
- You are required to use one of the images below to create your contest entry.
- Software brushes, patterns, overlays, tubes and filters may be used to enhance your image.
- Animation may be used.
- For this contest, please keep the icon rating to PG/E or R.
- Icons will be judged on clarity, color use and composition.
- For fairness in judging, do not put any identifying markers on your icon (NO nicknames, initials, logos, etc).
- Only ONE (1) entry per person so send in your best work!
- One prize per person.
- All entries must be submitted via email to: iconcontest@dockwave.com
- Please identify yourself in your email by the nickname you're known by within Dockwave.
- You will receive an email response, confirming receipt of your entry.
- Any entries received after the contest end date will not be considered for this contest or eligible for a prize.

- All entries will be posted below for viewing.
- The icons will be judged by a panel made from the Dockwave Guide Team and the Agent Team.

PRIZES: Winners of this icon contest will be announced in December.

- First Prize will be a six month Dockwave membership. (or 20 additional icon slots added to the remainder of your current account)
- Second Prize will be a 3 month Dockwave membership. (or 10 additional icon slots added to the remainder of your current account)
- Third Prize will be a 2 month Dockwave membership. (or 5 additional icon slots added to the remainder of your current account)
